FNB disappointing

I had an FNB credit card, which was handed over for collection by Brooks and Loot but i pay the back the money into that account. They only send me that they have received the payment. I have paid for 6 years but have not received a detailed statement of how much is outstanding. Been to their banking halls with no luck. I have requested my statement, and everyone is jumping all over the place threatening me to pay or sheriff of court.

Have been paying this but they don't want to be transparent since 2*** November. Y are the so secretive. All I want is to know how statement of accounts on the credit card. They can blacklist all i care. Im so dissapointed with FNB
