FNB disappointed me in my time of need

I am not sure why people still bank with this bank. For more than 10 years I have been with them. I pay ridiculous amount of bank fees and I get the most irritating , worked service from my so called private banker, I have been calling him for over 2 weeks trying to get assistance with vehicle finance , He didn't return any of my calls,sms or even emails , after my husband send an email to him , he doesn't even bother calling, he sends his Service advisor to call just to inform me that he will call, i asked her to please give him a message to call me, a mere introduction, nothing in fact i have not spoken to the person to that is the selling technique for paying ridiculous private banking fees
