Fnb disappointed me

I have a problem with onair tv debiting my bank account after we had an agreement I pay via EFT. I phoned my bank FNB and they couldn't help me with the unauthorised debits, FNB said I must block them via my bank app but there's no option on the bank app. My bank charges are high every month because of onair tv and my own bank can't even help me. I will have to close my fnb account and move to a different bank.
