FNB-Disappointed customer

FNB has been completely useless in providing feedback on my enquiries and I am frustrated beyond believe. My homeloan is with FNB and I do not receive statements on this account despite numerous requests over several months. I would most definitely NOT recommend FNB to anyone for anything, I have since moved all my other banking business away from them and will move my homeloan very soon. This bank lies in their ad's, they are NOT interested in helping anyone.
