FNB DISAPPOINTED

Where do I start when it comes to FNB, I am actually providing the short version of my review. Customer Service in the Chatsworth Branch is dismal, consultant spends to much time with certain clients making others wait in line, no sense of friendliness. When it comes to anytime of policies, the consultant will call you up and give their sweet word pitch, after a policy is taken, it contradicts what they tell in the welcome letters. Had 3 incidents where I cancelled policies. All I have to say is the some of these consultants are not clued up. FNB YOU REALLY DISAPPOINT ME!!!
