FNB(dis)connect

FNB connect is absolutely pathetic!!! I am so disappointed that I will most probably leave this bank in its entirety!

I tried out FNB connect as a prepaid service for some months now, after porting from Vodacom and had a few issues here and there. I was completely loyal to this product and even took up their new device offering as well. This is when the true colors of FNB connect started showing.

I have been trying to migrate my prepaid line to a contract offering but FNB seem to not want my money!?! I was told that I have no credit rating and so they cannot offer me a contract! I am a Private Client of FNB... Have you ever heard of something this absurd? After having to email my impeccable credit rating to FNB, they have now decided to place me on a contract offering beginning of October. Since this,

I am unable to receive any calls to my number! Seriously? Can any service be this ***********? I thought FNB was better than this. This has seriously changed my outlook on FNB and tarnished the superb image I always held in favour of FNB.

What a pity! Now, back to the drawing board. Who would like my business?

FNB, Let's see if you can get through to my number. Sooo ridiculous!

Hi Melinda

I would like to believe you. I will assume though that no one will call me. I did feel special with FNB once, but have since realised I am just a number and you are just another bank.

There are still two banks left to try.

Regards,

Marc
