FNB digital recall department doesnt exist

I am very disappointed and disgusted by Fnb digital recall department i doubt if any one even works in that department i requested for a recall for more than 20 days now. I have gone to my branch to ask for assistance the branch mananger even sent emails to that department still nothing .I came here on hello Peter complained some one called me after 2 days said the department will call me all lies. i am very angry and at this time I'm considering to get legal advise as they had been an inability for the reversal to be done till now . It has cost me so much financially and has also made me lose a contract somewhere else . Honestly now I think I need legal advise since the bank can't help with the reversal and the other party is willing to return my money only if FNB reversal can do it . Now I see why alot of companies and individuals lose alot of money because of a small error and FNB cant even reserve as they promise they will. I am very disappointed .
