Bought a new mobile phone on 1st April 2025 , making contact with FNB team daily a week later still on able to load the FNB app on new devices as it has been flagged. When they flag a device you can't access secure chat or any form of communication apart from calling them. With all other banks you simply scan your face when getting new device and everything works in under 20 seconds.
