Fnb digital banking

Hi good day, my name is Ewald Erasmus id nr *** I'm currently not in South Africa I'm in New Zealand.

Last week Ive contacted fnb and ask them can they please activate my fnb digital banking, so they gave me a form which I must fill in so I fill out the form and send it back to them

On the form it says they are going to contact me on my oversee nr so they can activate it but nothing happend yet.

All I want is for fnb to activate my fnb digital banking
