FNB digital banking

It's been two weeks since I visited the Branch about my internet banking issue. Branch could not assist; they gave a call to the digital team; they couldn't assist either; they escalated to the technical team; I was given a reference number and told that my issue would be solved in 48 hours. It's been two weeks now without a call.
