FNB Diepkloof square

I was at one of your FnB branches at Diepkloof square, the service there is literally non existent. Service agents kept going to the back till there were no service agents on floor I came in there to do a card replacement but I ended up spending 30 minutes in the que for just a card replacement I mean RIDICULOUS!!! I ended up leaving without the card
