FNB did it again

Hello Peter, I have a problem with FNB again, on the 04th of October 2021, I did a withdrawal on a NON-FNB ATM, the transaction was declined but my account was debited, the ATM slip is written: THE TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND WILL BE REVERSED AUTOMATICALLY.

I waited and waited but nothing happened, until on Saturday I logged in on FNB Private Clients Service Suit, I was sent a form to fill in and send it back to them which I did yesterday. But to my surprise until now, no one from FNB has contacted me. The funds are there in my account but they are on PENDING I can't access them.
