Just a big THANK YOU to Doreen du Preez and Chantell Hetzel as well as Jacques Celliers for reading my email and going the extra mile to assist me. It is very reassuring to see that compassion isn't totally lacking in the banks after all and you have no idea how much you are helping me to get my life back on track and to getting closer to being able to help those closest to me.
