FNB did great with deceased account

My husband passed away in January 2018. I visited the Woodlands Branch of FNB only once to put a deceased notice on his accounts. I did not even have to fill in one form. Within a short period of time, EVERYTHING related to his accounts was completed. Even a policy, that I was not even aware of was handled. Since my husband passed away I had to deal with various other financial institutions also and NONE of them comes close to FNB. ALL the other BIG financial institutions can take note of how to deal with deceased accounts, especially the families that are left behind ---- WELL DONE FNB. After completion of the estate, I am moving all my financial to FNB.
