FNB did an ******* debit on my account and won't pay back!

I have an FNB Connect Unlimited package of R399pm and have had a problem for 4 months in a row now! In short, the first month they took the debit on the wrong date - 21st, not the 25th. I called and was told this would be fixed. Second month they took the debit from the WRONG account AND on the wrong date - my airtime was not loaded for that month. I called and was told this would be fixed. Third month they took the debit order from the WRONG account AGAIN! And on the wrong date! AGAIN I called and was told this would be fixed. No airtime loaded. Last month miraculously all went well - for the one month. Now the debit order was put through on the WRONG date AGAIN - the 23rd! I had emergency money paid into my account, but cannot use it, as FNB AGAIN took the debit order on the wrong date! I called to have it reversed, only to be told they CANNOT reverse it after being put through to 5 different people! That is ******* as it is MY account which you debited *******LY! The clerk had the nerve to tell my I am at fault as theyir system says the debit is on the 21st! Honey that means FNB staff are ***********! As I have been trying to get FNB to fix this mess up for % MONTHS!!! REVERSE THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY as it is EMERGENCY MONEY which you STOLE!!! I am a single mom who needs that money TODAY!!!
