FNB did a credit inquiry when I wasn't even applying for credit.

FNB did a credit inquiry without my consent on my name when I went to open an Easy account at their Edendale Mall, Pietermaritzburg branch. My credit score dropped from 649 to 631. I wasn't even there to apply for any type of credit but to open an Easy PAY U account.
