FNB dictates what devices you should purchase and use
FNB has updated their mobile app that is now incompatible with older phone e.g. Samsung S3 and/or Android versions. It may affect other phones and/ or OS's.
This is critical as FNB has made the app a central piece in their banking experience i.e you absolutely need it to perform any banking functions.
Are FNB now dictating what devices I need to use? A very invasive corporation that uses technology for sneaky, surreptitious surveillance of its customers is now dictating what they should be purchasing and using in order to feed their greed.
