FNB Devices Warning

Follow on : A review of FNB (First National Bank) Written by: Grahame B | 07 Jun 2019, 08:05

Hi All, Just a follow up on my initial complaint. FNB called me back about 3 times the day i logged the above complaint and i thought we where getting somewhere. NOT Preven from the ********** department called and emailed me saying that the device had been abused (Not) and the warranty was not going to be honored. I had given the device to my wife as a present and she had a cover put on and a screen protector. After 2 months all the buttons had fallen out(Volume buttons and On/Off Button) This is a fault at manufacture and I believe FNB or Samsung should repair or replace the phone. I have escalated this to Samsung SA as well and at this point we still haven't resolved the issue. Oh and to top it all FNB expects me to still pay for a phone i don't have and is still sitting in their repair department somewhere . ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE
