FNB Devices refuses to Fix my Phone

After my complaint about the FNB faulty device on the 02 March 2015, FNB delegated Shane Raynor who gave me a vague answer concerning my blackberry 9900 bold that i'm still paying with FNB every month. FNB sold me this phone in June 2013, since December the phone has been faulty and they're playing games to fix it. I reported the incidence several times, instead of finding solutions Mr. Shane Raynor gave me conditions for 2014 which talks about 1 year warranty whereas the phone was bought in 2013. I asked for 2013 conditions he never responded till today. I'm not sure whether he's drafting those relevant one. FNB wants to get away with everything after being loyal to them for years. I'm giving them the last chance to fix my phone as there're many banks out there who are willing to satisfy customers.
