Fnb devices doing people in

You bought a tv through fnb 55inch hisense, but nothing works on it , it is suppose to be a smart tv but Youtube is not working ever since we received the tv we thought its maybe our connection but the app store is not working nothing works properly?? Is this also a way to do people in , 2years ago I bought a xbox and a laptop xbox is not working anymore laptop is not working anymore and we hardly used it and when i phone they said they could not help me so I bought stuff then when you finished paying them the stuff breaks ... now the tv as well nothing works on it ???????????? You guys can come and take your **** because when we phone in the people working with this think they are clever .. Well done Fnb selling people stuff thats not working please arrange i dont want this tv anymore...
