FNB devices delivering broken TV's

I have ordered a Hisense TV from FNB devices and they delivered it broken 2 days before the lockdown. Told me they cannot replace it during lockdown. And now tell me they reject the replacement and want me to pay 2 years for a tv that they delivered to me broken. This is not treating customers fairly. Very disappointed.

We phoned in this morning 7/5/2020 @ 8:22 am and spoke to Gift from Digital Planet and he informed us that our request that FNB must replace the broken TV was rejected. But as per above mentioned term and condition we did inform FNB within 7 days (below and please see complaint date) of the damaged TV on delivery and we will NOT accept the broken TV and required it must be replaced with a 100% in working order TV that is NOT damaged.
- Under the CPA Act we as the consumers are allowed to either return item and/ or have the agreement cancelled in total. And even besides that I bought and received a product that was not as per the agreement we entered into with FNB Connect.
So we request that you as FNB provide us feedback on this matter BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY as we are not accepting a broken TV and paying for it every month as that is not the agreement we entered into.
This is really unacceptable and not treating a customer fairly at all.

FNB has reversed the contract and arranged for the unit to be taken back. Excellent problem solving.
