FNB DEVICE INSURANCE - CIB OR FNB

I dont know what is wrong with this process but noone seems to know what is going on - i have been trying to insure my devices with FNB but the whole process is like pulling teeth.

first FNB transfer me to CIB who assure me they will give me a call (yesterday) ...they dont call, i call CIB myself today and the agent says the only person that facilitates device insurance has gone home and the other is booked off - this is ridiculous - how are there only two people who handle insurance for a countrywide bank. i then get transfered to another person who puts me on 'hold' she just puts her phone to the side because i can hear people talking in the background - nice CIB.

i hang up and call CIB again only to be told that FNB are the ones that need to process the device insurance.

so what is it FNB, do you make this process purposfully difficult or is it CIB...

someone do their job please

i suppose now that iv put it on hello peter something will be done, seems like the only way things get done in customer service industry. MXM
