FNB Device Guru a wonder

Friday morning, April 24, I called in to Smart Device Gurus with a query on an Xbox. Rakesh took my call - which was an annoyed one from my side. Besides my moaning, Rakesh not only did his job, but went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to call X amount of DotFNB stores to reserve what was no longer available on the site to order. Thanks to you, Rakesh, I have a brand new Xbox that will bring me many a happy hour! If only other employees of all companies had your attitude and willingness to help, we'd be a much better country. Thank you!
