FNB Device Error

I app**** for a fit bit at the beginning of this month. Got it no problem and am happy. My wife decided she also wants one so I app**** online again but this time a page came up saying an error occurred and gave me a ref number stating FNB is working on my order. I got a call from them asking me what happened, I told them, and I was told they would ring me back. I got a call back and again was asked what happened again. I told them, and I was again told they would ring me back. I waited a week and no phone call so I ordered again and got the exact same error. I have ordered three times now and got the error and keep getting calls from FNB asking me what happened and then they say they will call me back.

FNB, whats going on?

I sing your praises to everyone I see and now this horrible incompetence? I just want to know whats going on its been two and a half weeks now. What does this error mean and why is this so difficult.
