FNB Device

<p>I have a FNB phone with my Gold account for R99.00. The phone cover broke. I went to 4 different branches to look for a new cover. All branches said they do not sell the phone covers. </p> <p> </p> <p>I also phone the smart device at ********** 270 without any luck to get a cover. How can you sell a product but we can not find a cover for it. The phone comes with a cover but it broke. How is it what we can not find a cover??? </p> <p> </p> <p>Why is no one willing to help me at FNB??? They was very quick to sell the phone to me, but the after support is very bad!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is a FNB product but no branch can assist in where I get a cover for they own product. No one is even willing to pick up a phone and trying to help to find out how to get one. Can wait till this contract is expired. It will be last time I buy a FNB phone.</p>
