FNB develops amnesia and loses stuff when they are in the wrong.
I received a letter from FNB that I need to respond to, but want to do so via email so there is a fully traceable paper trail of who said what as there are serious legal issues at play. It is amazing how quickly FNB no longer wish to talk to you and how quickly their service operatives develop the inability to read what you have put in their Secure Chat requesting the email address.
I do have experience of complaining to FNB about selling my personal information to a third party through their in house complaints process and seemingly not being able to find it when I exercise my Constitutional Rights to a copy of that information which is why I wanted this set of communications to only be via email.
