Fnb destroys business and supplier accounts after ALLEGED DEPOSIT ****

RE: FNB REF NO: ***

FNB ***** department shut down my business account, for 2.5 months. Under deposit ****.

A client paid me of an advert. And got his goods one day late. (I have proof that I called to apologise, but the client then informed me he. Already informed his bank to accuse me of being a *****ster. I explained to the client that the truck was half a day late. And it was simply a delay in delivery as sometimes happens in logistics and building material supply

FNB ***** department was contacted, and under DEPOSIT ****. they shut me down completely. I had no access to funds, fuel, payments, nothing. I cudnt even get an Uber due to my bank account being frozen. When I Contacted my relationship manageress, Mrs Naledi Molefe (FNB GREYVILLE DURBAN), she never returned my calls and emails. I lost my business and fnb also shut down my other service providers (two other bank accounts I trade with weekly, for 2.5 months). The person in charge was Mr Bongani Ndembe (fnb ***** department). After banking with fnb for years, to be shut down with no phone call or investigation is humiliating. I lost money and clients and cudnt pay my phone bills, fill fuel, or draw money. I had no bank account, other than a message to call a call centre number. The only way this can happen is if a third party has a judge issue a warrant for crimes being committed to CEASE ALL BANKING ACTION IMMEDIATELY. I was not warned. I had no one call me. When I went to the branch, I was moved to the ***** department desk and asked to wait on hold.

Mrs Naledi Molefe from Durban greyville, took 2. 5 months and never called me or made contact ONCE SHE should be fired from her role as relationship manageress

Mr Bongani Ndebe, investigating officer, should be fired for his handling of my business. How are businesses supposed to survive a total black out shutdown of 2. 5 months.

Covid 2020 didnt end my business The kzn riots didn't end my business Mr Bongani Ndebe from fnb ***** department ended my business in 2023, together with Mrs Naledi Molefe

I have now been black listed

With no senior management calling me to ask my version. The client who reported me for **** had his goods 3 days after paying me. But I had to wait 2.5. Months and I have the email proof of communication from me to both individuals concerned above, to no avail

FNB should be sued for their lack of professionalism in handling corporate clients.

My loss of income has been catastrophic
