Fnb destroying clients name

I am exremely disappointing and discussed with FNB they blacklist a person for bank charges they do not even have the decency to let there customers know about the bankcharges they blacklist a person and mess up their credit score and not only that but they have just cause damage and humiliation to me and my name this is not a short time problem but this has damaged my name and credit profile and now other credit providers will not assist me because of FNB. Who is going to repair my name? who is going to fix my credit score?, i want a apology from Fnb i want my name removed from ITC listing, i want a letter of good standing, i want compensation for the damage that FNB has done to my name.
