Desree at FNB La Lucia Mall, Durban North deserves acknowledgement and appreciation for the human advert she is for her employer. She epitomises " service" and after enquiring about the purpose of my visit, assessed the options and had me on my way within 5 minutes with everything sorted. Well done and thank you.
