FNB deserves a zero rating

I have since 6 June 2020, been trying to get my statement date to be changed to the end of the month, and my fees adjusted to the Encore Gold account, one would think this would be a simple matter, but no seems like this task is beyond the numerous people that I have have dealt with. The service has fallen to zero. Zero is what I would have rated the service if it was allowed.
