FNB deserves -100 rating, don't care about customers unless they have a lot of money, refuse to help

I am facing financial difficulties and asked FNB for a consolidation loan of R350,000. They just refused and continued to hand me over to legal. I want to consolidate FNB accounts but you refuse to help me with a consolidation loan. I really do not understand your logic. I have not heard one good thing about FNB from all the people I have spoken to. It is simple, consolidate all my FNB accounts into a FNB consolidation loan. Please do not refer this to my private banker either because he is also no help. Can someone that knows what they are doing please contact me via e-mail so that I can explain and we could perhaps find a solution.
