FNB Dept protection policy Cancellation

I got a dept protection policy on my overdraft and credit card a while back with FNB. I was given this number *** at a branch if I want to cancel, I called the number three time already trying to cancel they keep asking for my ID and cellphone number then transfer the call and telling me press option and but it keeps hanging up.
