FNB ***** DEPT IS THE WORST - ABSOLUTELY USELESS

My account got emptied by ****mers, after FNB failed to decline / put on hold suspicious activity, when I didn't respond quick enough.

When I follow up with them on my ***** case, the only thing they can tell me it's being investigated. I can not talk to an investigator, they can't provide me with an email address to follow up, and on my app the investigation hasn't even started yet - 10 working days later. FNB ***** DEPT IS THE WORST!
