bad bad bad Service. i was going through an investigation with ***** department and they too quick to freeze our accounts but when is time to uplift the hold they starting to play games.

me and the complainant settled and resolved the matter and submitted affidavits but now its been over two weeks and this investigating officer doesnt answer calls and emails and when we call him through teams in the branch he keeps saying he shall call us back but never calls back.(Bongani Ndembe) the name of the investigator

im really sick and tired of running after someone so that they can open my accounts the service is really nonsense
