Bad service bad bad bad….im frustrated because of this entity called fnb ***** department

My account has been frozen for the passed week and the matter of the account to be on hold has been resolved by me and the complainant and both submitted our resolutions and affidavit that everything is settled.

We can’t get ahold of this investigating officer and his team leader .we tried to chase after them for the whole week now to reopen the accounts but they not responding to emails and branch calls they forever offline…

I need help to resolve this matter urgently because they blocked all my accounts and including other banks( capitec and absa)

And we spoke to the other banks they resolved the matter and ready to release the accounts but they need the banker that placed a hold on our account to send the email but this person is awol ( no where to be found ) including his team leader Bongani Ndembe and his team leader

I’m really frustrated I need this issue resolved
