FNB deposit feature always out of order

FNB ATM with deposit functionality is always broken. I have noticed that in Woodlands Malls, Pretoria East that the deposit functionality is mostly out of order. The whole mall, there is only 2 ATM's and deposit functionality is broken. The nearest ATM with deposit feature is in Menlyn Mall, quite far for a big brand like FNB.

On the 2nd of April 2018, the Woodlands Mall and Menlyn Mall FNB deposit was not working at 6pm, all the ATM couldn't deposit. This is extremely poor, no standby engineer to resolve the issue.

Please extend the deposit feature to ATMs that have safest malls like ParkView Mall, Atterbury Shopping centre.

This is quite stressful. Please help us, we are struggle.
