FNB deposit atm swallows cash

A friend of mine owed me some money and i needed it urgently last night so he went to the FNB atm in Berea and deposited the cash the machine swallowed the cash and he got a slip saying 'transaction unsuccessful'. Went into the branch today. Filled in paperwork. Takes 72hours to return funds. This is utter ********. Banks in sa are the biggest ********* in the world. The whole point an atm deposit was made was because those funds were needed instantaneous and i could not wait for it. If not a simple bank transfer would've been in order. Fnb says its got nothing to do with them its the atm security companies fault they service the machine. Well sorry to sat fnb its ur name on the atms with ir services and advertising not adt...i am ****ed of. Most ppl in my situation will blame the country some how and i service. I blame the people directly involved. Fnb pathetic
