FNB ***** department, what a waste!
I am starting to think FNB is playing mind games with me. I cannot believe I opened a ***** case on the 24th of June 2024, and till this day, the case has not been resolved. What annoys me the most is the daily calls I get from debt collectors on behalf of this bank, as though I am someone who cannot handle their finances. I am not even going to talk about the back-and-forth with their different departments, just so I can get the Current Account and Credit Card closed. And please do not respond to this review with some lousy "We will get back to you in five working days" because I have been waiting for close to a year now.

08 May 2025, 21:29Thank you for your prompt response.
I have been through this process before. I was told my matter would be dealt with within five working days, but the days have turned into months (10 months to be specific). I have gone to the extent of sending emails to the relevant FNB department with no luck/response. If I were given an update, it would be better. What makes things worse is the fact that I call the ***** department twice every week, and I am being given a runaround, which is more frustrating.
