FNB ***** department poor service

FNB ***** department is nothing but a huge disappointment!! I have a case since October 2023 and I have received ZERO feedback from them. I have made calls with no success and emails are not being responded to. What type of service is this?? I have been an FNB client for years and I am totally disappointed in the type of service I am receiving in this matter! The service is non existent.
