FNB ***** department not willing to release my R25 586.

FNB ***** department ****** me R25,586 which locked inside my accounts. they said they are conducting investigation, after they inverstigation is over, they decided to close my both accounts with my money inside. they said i must give them other account number where they will deposit my money. i did that with immidiate effect but upto this far i have not recieved my money. what kind of bank is this? if you call them they dont answer and if you fortunately get them they take your number and say we will phone you. i have been waiting forever.
