Fnb ***** department not doing there JOB

Since July fnb blocked my account without any phone call or msg for notification, I had to call them with my own airtime and I went to the bank they told me there is a ***** case investigation going on they will take 21 days to 30 days right I waited they told me I must provide affidavit of the income money I received right I did that the case number : *** and the person responsible for the query it rayleen.van ***. I called this lady after provided all request documents she told me the money that was put on my account it must be reversed to the own of it I was okay with that coz it was a payment I received from someone owing me. Today 24 October I put money on my account to make transaction only to find out my account has been blocked since July the query was not resolved it been 4 months no update and fnb keep on charging me the bank charges of the acoount they blocked. I really angry 😡😡😡😡 now all I want it my money that I put and to close this account it can’t be a query been opened for 4 months and not resolved how 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
