FNB ***** department is the worst with customer care, feedback and actioning what they promise

FNB ***** department is the worst with customer care, feedback and actioning what they promise. The only time they get back to you specifically their investigator Sithembiso Mhlambi is if you escalate an issue or write a review about their service. I constantly call and they claim to escalate to the manager Yoliswa but still nothing has come of my investigation or outcomes thereof. Very disappointed I say the least!
