FNB ***** DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST!!!!!

I’ve been waiting since August last year (2024) for FNB’s ***** Department to resolve the hold on my account. Despite submitting all required documents. I’ve received no proper feedback or urgency. This level of service is completely unacceptable and very pathetic!!!!
