In 2022 my phone got ****** and my banking App hacked and my personal and company bank accounts emptied out via a new virtual card they registered while i was in possession of my cards and wallet. FNB offered a tiny renumeration as they blamed it on me having to be negligent even though the traces were clear that the ******* were well coordinated. I declined the renumeration pending further investigation. So they ended up paying nothing and their ***** investigators are no longer responding to my emails since redirecting it internally in October 2023 already. No investigations was done and no money was paid back at all. just being ignored. I could've arrested the people myself as the company name and owners that were paid in the theft and this is public info as to the beneficiaries that has been paid, but nope, not FNB. to them you are FNB (FlippenNoBody)

But they did check if the R7 spent on their credit card for Google subscriptions was indeed me. So they don't care about your money, just their own.

The willingness to just leave a private and business client stranded and not even communicating further and just ignoring the matter. Avoid FNB at all cost!
