FNB department is slow
I reported a case of ***** a week ago and have still not heard a response on the outcome of the investigation from FNB. I do not even know what is going to happen next. FNB ***** department is not good with communications and urgency in their processes.I have written a follow up email and up to now no response. The ***** case number is: ***

26 Oct 2023, 09:13I still havent heard anything from the Investigator I was assigned to: Beverly Nukeri. No updates and when you send a follow up email you get no response. Pathetic considering that money was lost. Looks like the ***** Dept does not care and cant be bothered. Terrible service from FNB.
