FNB ***** department is PATHETIC!!!!

Non-existent service from FNB. I logged a ***** case 2 weeks ago and the service received from the ***** department is absolutely pathetic!! Numerous attempts trying to get hold of the person my case was assigned to has been fruitless. Calling the pathetic ***** 'helpline' doesn't work. I've logged complaints and still no response. What more must a customer do?? FNB's service has definitely gotten worse recently. I bank with Capitec as well and the service received is far more superior.
