FNB - ***** Department is of Zero help.!!!

On 25 November 2023 an amount of R10 539-49 from my business cheque account. I reported it within 10 minutes and was given Case nr: ***. To date they have not reimbursed me or even contacted me. I tried phoning them but the lines keeps on ringing and the secure chat option on the app is also useless. These people charge me exorbitant amounts in bank fees to keep my money safe, however when its ****** from their custody they just disappear and are of no help. Rather change over to a bank who is more responsible. Poor service and no-help.
