FNB ***** department is a nightmare

FNB ***** department is my source of headaches lately, they opened a case on the 27th of July with the promise that everything will be sorted in 15 days. We are in October now and still there is not response.

Boitumelo Moganye is handing my case and I’m Starting to wonder how did she get that job, the only way for me to get a response from her is to threaten to complain, 90% of the times she is not answering calls, the other 10% she is out of the office.

The last time we got a response was after we threatened to lay a complaint at Brandwag Bloemfontein Branch, she rep**** after two days asking for extra documents which I sent immediately, after that she continued to hibernate.

The case is marked as completed on the fnb app but when I enquired with her she said it doesn’t mean anything, it is clear that she did this so that she can avoid working on the case.
