FNB ***** department invistigation not contacting me

My FNB Business account was apparently closed due to a complaint from absa saying they should flag my account for ***** FNB closed my Capitec account as i transferred funds to there and no one from FNB called yet i am the one making calls and their ***** department investigator is also AWOL. I cannot do business business or do personal things as my accounts are blocked and no one is saying anything from FNB i have to call to find all this out and i am not even sure where to from here and what is needed to prove and open my account.
