FNB ***** DEPARTMENT INCOMPETENCE

If I could give ZERO stars. I WOULD!!! Someone stole my identity and opened accounts at FNB and made HUGE amounts of debt on my name. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN FNB ACCOUNT EVER!!! I have reported at the bank, done affidavit, given in all documents they need. I'm in contact with the case managers but THEY HELP NOTHING! I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THEM! I have been emailing them weekly at a stage and NO response. I've been waiting MONTHS and when you call the call centre they talk so nicely to you, telling you they will ask the case manager to contact you BUT NOTHING!! I'M STILL WAITING. After months of thinking they might be investigating I called the call centre and they told me the system says they are still waiting for documents to start investigation. I sent all the documents they needed and still get no response from them. I AM FURIOUS AND FED UP OF WAITING. I will be going to the Umbutsman to sort this out.
